Excellent St. Charles Location. Walk to Downtown St. Charles or Geneva. Metra Station within walking distance to go to Chicago. Plenty of shopping and restaraunts nearby. If you enjoy Beer, St. Charles and Geneva have some great Breweries. Wine more your thing? Check out the Wineries roo! Family Friendly. Fenced in yard. TV's with streaming avaialbe. Please add Dogs (if any) when requesting reservation. Normal Checkin time is between 4pm and 10 pm. Please advise if you need to checkin later than 10pm so we can be sure to be available in the event of keypad issues. Cameras that record video and audio are located at both entrances, inside garage, outsude garage and outside shed. Thank you! Please add Dogs (if any) when requesting to book. Maximum 2 dogs. No other pets allowed. Any extra dogs or unauthorized pets will impose a penalty fee of $150 per night per additional dog. Thank you!

Summary: We rented this home for the week while having work done to our home. The fenced in yard was perfect for the pets the home is in a perfect location and was equipped with everything you would need. The owners were very accommodating and allowed for us to extend the dates with no issues. Highly recommend.

Summary: This house was just perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. The dogs loved the backyard. 2 sides have a privacy fence and the 3rd is a chain link with fabric covering for a visual barrier which we need for our two. We never used the downstairs at all, but it was very nice. Since the big bathroom was downstairs we didn't use it, but would have loved to. We used the smaller of the two upstairs bedrooms, the one with the king size bed. Loved the location. Typical unpredictable IL weather made it hard to walk downtown but we totally would have. The dogs and I enjoyed walking in the park across the street. The neighborhood was quiet. The house came with everything we needed with the exception of a pizza cutter (if there was one we didn't find it) but we made it work for our take n' bake Lou Malnati's pizzq. Thanks for opening up your home.

Summary: Came for family wedding. Mainly picked house as it had a fenced yard for our Ms Daisy. She loved the yard and the bonus of a city park across the street. From get go, I had good/open communications with owners. House sits between St Charles and Geneva. Each has own unique shops/eateries and places to try many craft beers. House very clean and comfirtable. Would stay here again.

Summary: The house was clean, well equipped, exactly like the pictures. The location was lovely with a huge, fenced backyard. Kitchen had all the equipment you’ll ever need. Beds were clean and comfortable. We had our grandkids (ages 3, 5 and 7) there some of the time and they loved learning chess and checkers. They also beat us at Uno! Our little dog was also very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Tammy!

Summary: The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to either Geneva or St Charles. The downstairs sitting area is very comfortable. I had to sweep up several dog hair clumps in the living room. Kitchen had plenty of kcups
